Unaric, a company building the largest suite of apps on the Salesforce platform, has acquired Mirage Computer Systems GmbH for an undisclosed amount. The German-based Independent Software Vendor has been operating since 1995 and has a range of high-profile customers including Samsung Electronics, HiSense, Somfy, Statista, Share Now and Unicef.
Mirage Computer Systems is particularly prominent in the Financial Services, CPG & Technology industries where its primary product, CTI Data Connector for Salesforce, enables organizations to make, log and report on phone activity directly within Salesforce without the need to change telephony systems. Mirage Computer Systems also has a new and fast-growing solution for integrating Microsoft Teams as a phone system into Salesforce. The business has a significant presence with Salesforce customers in Germany, Switzerland, and across EMEA.
Dieter Härle, Founder and Managing Partner of Mirage Computer Systems, had this to say of the deal “After 23 years of growing Mirage Computer Systems, now felt like the right time to supercharge our growth and take our offering global. We’re excited about where our suite of Salesforce applications can go with the backing of Unaric, and we are happy to entrust Mirage Computer Systems to a company committed to the Salesforce ecosystem, whose founding team have themselves built and scaled successful Salesforce ISVs. The process from start to finish has been smooth, with the Unaric team a pleasure to work with. I look forward to leading Mirage in partnership with Unaric for many years to come.”
James Gasteen, CEO and Co-Founder of Unaric, said of the deal “We’re delighted to bring Dieter and the team on board and can’t wait to work together to take Mirage Computer System’s suite of products to enterprise Salesforce customers around the world. We love what Dieter and the team have built over the past 23 years, and we know they’ll fit into the Unaric fold seamlessly. One of the key tenets of our strategy is to provide customers with a single trusted vendor and we’re already seeing customer synergies, where we are able to unlock more value for customers by solving large business challenges through providing an integrated suite of products.”
This transaction is Unaric’s third since exiting stealth-mode in June 2023, with Mirage Computer Systems joining Salesbolt and Accountability Solutions in Unaric’s emerging RevOps & Service Cloud suites. The business, founded by experienced entrepreneurs who have built and grown Salesforce ISVs themselves, intend to build out leading product suites across RevOps, Customer Service, Data and System Admin - mainly through acquisitions. The mission is to help enterprise Salesforce customers drive greater efficiency, maximize their investment on Salesforce and prepare them for an AI-enabled future.
