Unaric Holding Limited acquires Improved Apps

Unaric, a company building the leading suite of apps on the Salesforce platform, has acquired Improved Apps for an undisclosed amount. The Salesforce Independent Software Vendor has been operating in the ecosystem since 2011 and has a range of high-profile customers and partners including Truist, Cencora (Formerly known as AmerisourceBergen), Three, G4S  and the FCA. The official acquisition date is 27th August 2024.

The Unaric mission is to help enterprise Salesforce customers drive greater efficiency, maximize their investment on Salesforce and prepare them for an AI-enabled future. The acquisition of Improved Apps aligns perfectly with this mission, with their applications boosting user adoption, productivity, and compliance, thereby enhancing the value customers get from the Salesforce platform.

The Improved Apps applications comprise a unified knowledge base, in-app guidance, targeted alerts and application usage tracking and are predominantly used across the Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries, with a particular concentration of customers across the UK and the USA.

This acquisition is Unaric’s fifth since exiting stealth-mode in just over twelve months, with Improved Apps joining Asperato, Mirage Computer Systems, Recruiterbolt and Accountability Solutions in Unaric’s emerging RevOps suite. The business, founded by experienced founders who have built and grown Salesforce ISVs themselves, intends to acquire over 30 businesses over the next three years.
