Unaric Holding Limited acquires iEnterprises

iEnterprises joins Unaric’s mission to build the leading suite of applications on the Salesforce platform

Unaric, a UK-based company which is building the leading suite of Salesforce applications, has acquired iEnterprises for an undisclosed amount. 

iEnterprises connects leading CRMs such as Salesforce, Dynamics and other leading CRM solutions with email and calendar activity data, enabling its customers to view CRM information and carry out key actions quickly and easily from within Gmail and Outlook. 

Their products also layer in social media insights and artificial intelligence to enhance CRM data and user capabilities. This transaction enables Unaric to expand iEnterprises’ adoption among Salesforce customers.

This aligns perfectly with Unaric’s mission to help enterprise Salesforce customers drive greater efficiency, maximize their investment in Salesforce and prepare them for an AI-enabled future. The official acquisition date was 31 October 2024.

iEnterprises has been developing award-winning CRM products for over 25 years and has a global set of high-profile customers and partners including Zoominfo, Walt Disney, Equifax, Chase and Holiday Inn.

This acquisition is Unaric’s seventh since exiting stealth-mode in just over fifteen months, with Improved Apps, Asperato, Mirage Computer Systems, Org Chart (a product from Time is Limited), Recruiterbolt, and Accountability Solutions already in Unaric’s suite. The business, founded by experienced founders who have built and grown Salesforce ISVs themselves, intends to acquire over 30 businesses over the next three years.
