Unaric, a company building the largest suite of apps on the Salesforce platform, has acquired Accountability Solutions Inc for an undisclosed fee. The Canada based Independent Software Vendor has been operating exclusively in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2011 and has a range of high-profile customers including GE Healthcare, Olympus and DoorDash. The official acquisition date is September 1st 2023.
Accountability Solutions Inc is particularly prominent in the Life Sciences and Tech industries where its primary product, ELTON (Equipment Location Tracking Online) is used as part of large ticket enterprises sales cycles; tracking high-value medical machines such as diagnostic equipment and ultrasound machines. A sister product, ScanAnything, offers the capability to generate and read barcodes in Salesforce. The business has a significant presence with Salesforce customers in the United States and Canada.

This acquisition is Unaric’s second in North America since exiting stealth-mode in June 2023, with Accountability Solutions joining Salesbolt in Unaric’s emerging RevOps suite. The business, founded by experienced founders who have built and grown Salesforce ISVs themselves, intends to acquire 30-40 businesses over the next three years, building out a range of product suites across RevOps, Services, Data and System Admin. The mission is to help enterprise Salesforce customers drive greater efficiency, maximize their investment on Salesforce and prepare them for an AI-enabled future.
